CREDENTIALS
Eliza started writing training plans, focusing on half marathons, in 2016 and has coached runners to break through barriers and achieve their own goals - from first races to PRs. She earned her RRCA coaching certification and launched her coaching services in 2017 and has since expanded services from training plans to full coaching support at any distance. She is passionate about helping athletes discover their own potential and partnering on their path to reaching their goals.
She is a runner herself, starting with track in Middle School and developing a true #runlove over the years leading to long distance running and big personal goals. She has run over 30 half marathons and run 7xBQ marathons. She is a believer in work / life / running integration. She crushed some big goals (running Boston, winning half marathons and a 5k, placing on a podium of a marathon) while also working a full time job and traveling quite extensively. She has a love of good food and focuses on how it fuels her body for performance while also enjoying every bite. She currently lives in Tokyo.
